Questions, answered
What counts as a job?
One completed clean at one address. A weekly recurring clean for the same client counts as one job each time it is carried out. Quotes and leads are never counted, so you can send as many as you like on any plan.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Up to 30 jobs a month with no credit card required. If you stay under 30 jobs, you pay nothing.
Do the paid plans have fewer or more features?
Every plan includes every feature. The only difference between plans is how many jobs you can complete each month.
How many staff can I add?
Plans are priced on jobs, not seats. Add your whole team, including cleaners and office staff, on every plan.
Can my customers see their bookings?
Yes. Every plan includes the customer portal, where clients see upcoming and past cleans, request a new quote and message your team directly.
